Break the habit

Is worrying a habit? Absolutely! And like all habits, it can be changed, reversed, made into something positive and constructive. Now I don't want you to think you can totally make all the worry disappear from your life, but if you do find a way, PLEASE, message me immediately!
Worry, like poison, is good in small doses. It helps build an immunity to the less pleasant stuff in life. Small bits keep us grounded, make us better parents, friends and spouses. But, like all things, once you have plateaued, you've identified and addressed what's making you all upset and peevish, let it go. How? Good question, and one I struggle with daily. A tip I picked up, is to art up a time limit. Think about it, toss the possibilities around like a salad in your mind, and then, let go. You can resist later on if necessary. It helps to not ruin your day, evening or vacation. I call it constructive worry. Once I have determined what I really want, and why it is so troubling, I try and imagine, visualize if you will, how I can achieve a positive outcome. Then, click, I change channels and focus on something else, something positive and great that's happening for me right at that moment. Usually, it involves coffee.☕️☕️
It's sometimes hard work, but definitely doable.
Stay motivated and caffeinated! 😉☕️💕

Just knowing that I made a difference, somewhere...and to someone is enough to motivate me now. How about you?
